Happy Monday Boosters,
We are one month away from our 11th AIA Indoor Guard & Percussion Competition, scheduled for Saturday, March 22nd at the Mount Vernon High School Field House. We anticipate 70 teams participating, which necessitates volunteers for nearly 400 roles across 9 shifts and various workstations. We require ALL students and 1 parent/guardian to volunteer and support this event.
We will highlight each volunteer position individually throughout the week to facilitate sign-up.

Our MV Majors Winter Color Guard did it again! Our team worked hard, changed a lot of their show, and proved they are true competitors in the A2 class of AIA!!
Congratulations to our Majors who placed 3rd out of 6 competitors at their most recent competition at Woodgrove HS. They are halfway through their season with only 3 more competitions to go.
This week, Saturday, March 1st, they travel to Tuscarora High School located in 5312 Ballenger Creek Pike #7008, Frederick, MD 21703 to compete in a new (to them) circuit called Keystone Indoor Association (KIDA). Their performance is scheduled for 6:56 pm. They are excited to see some new guards perform and make new friends.
Your presence and support would mean everything to our performers, so please join us.
Visit here frequently for updates and information. Feel free to share with other Band Parents.
