Volunteers are crucial for delivering the experience that members, staff, and fans anticipate from an Atlantic Indoor Association Home Show.

Organizing an event of this magnitude would be impossible without the committed support of our volunteers. From the arrival of a group at the competition venue to the final award ceremony, volunteers are the lifeblood of the experience, ensuring everything operates seamlessly.

Your assistance is crucial for the success of the MVHS AIA Percussions, Winds, and Color Guard Home Show. Your time and effort have a significant impact!

• Need 1 Adult - Warm-Up Rm Supervisor/Timekeeper - 10:00 am to 1:00 pm

• Need 1 Adult - Warm-Up Rm Supervisor/Timekeeper - 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm

• Need 1 Adult - Warm-Up Rm Supervisor/Timekeeper - 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm

• Need 1 Adult - Warm-Up Rm Supervisor/Timekeeper - 7:00 pm to 9:30 pm

Warm-Up Rm Supervisor/Timekeeper is a crucial component of the contest and extremely important to the units and judges. We as the Event partners are responsible for providing at least one adult per Warm-Up Rm (Body Warm Up and Equipment Warm Up) for each contest.  The Contest Coordinator will prepare a detailed schedule which the timekeepers must follow to ensure the event remains on time throughout the day. Warm up timing intervals are determined by the units classification. Each color guard unit will receive one (1) interval time of body warm up and one (1) interval time of equipment warm up. Color guard units are permitted to play their show music during warm; Percussion units may choose to warm-up outside. The Director will make this decision based on the weather conditions.
