#GivingTuesday is a global giving movement built by individuals, families, organizations, businesses and communities in all 50 states and in countries around the world. The Band Program can’t continue to make great music without your support. Your gift will help the program cover expenses for music purchases, instrument rentals, and other expenses related to producing concerts. This season's contribution will assist with the program purchasing of a trailer.

Marching Season is over, but our Winter Guard season is just beginning.

Congratulations to the 2025 Winter Guard team. Keep a look for the dates of their upcoming competitions and come out to show your support their adventure down the "Yellow Brick Road".

Save the Date for the Mount Vernon AIA Winter Guard and Percussion Home Show scheduled for Saturday, March 22nd, 2025 at Mount Vernon HS.

Mount Vernon HS Band Alumni & Friends are invited to participate in our Annual Winter Concert! Perform alongside our current Mount Vernon HS Band members.

We are looking for volunteers to assist with the concert to decorate the Little Theater and feed the Band and Alumni members after their rehearsal that day.

Your help is essential and we cannot thank you enough for your time.

Nominations Are Now Open for the 2025-2026 Boosters Executive Board and Chairpersons

The Bands Boosters is an all-volunteer organization and we need your help! Come join us in our efforts to support and enrich the experience of the Bands students, support the Bands administration and staff, and build an informed, connected community. Our Bands Boosters has been in place for many years and there is a solid foundation set and plenty of resources to assist the new board members. All positions are available.
