What's Happening This Week!!

Hi Boosters,

The countdown has begun, this year’s Winter Concert is 5 days away!  This concert is free and open to the entire Mount Vernon community.  The bands will be performing pieces they have been working on over the past few weeks.  They will be joined by members of the MVHS Bands Alumni for a special performance.  The Bands Boosters will be hosting a special lunch after rehearsal, Alumni and current Bands members are invited to share lunch and engaging conversations.

Here are the ways you can assist with making this event a success:

Set up G100 for Lunch on Saturday, December 14 @ 1:30 pm – 2:30 pm

Set up/Decorate the Little Theatre @ 3:00 pm – 4:30 pm

Serve during the Lunch @ 3:00 pm – 4:00 pm

Clean up after Lunch @ 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Clean up after Concert

2024 - 2025 Winter Color Guard Camp is in the books!!

During the this past weekend, the Winter Color Guard members and staff put in 20 hours of technique, building strength, and most of all... STAGING.

We can't wait to see what they have in store for us and the Mount Vernon community this season.

Save the Date for the Mount Vernon AIA Winter Guard and Percussion Home Show scheduled for Saturday, March 22nd, 2025, at Mount Vernon HS.

Nominations Are Now Open for the 2025-2026 Boosters Executive Board and Chairpersons

The Bands Boosters is an all-volunteer organization and we need your help! Come join us in our efforts to support and enrich the experience of the Bands students, support the Bands administration and staff, and build an informed, connected community. Our Bands Boosters has been in place for many years and there is a solid foundation set and plenty of resources to assist the new board members. All positions are available.
